You can purchase or rent a device from us. If you send us a quick message, we will send you a product brochure with the options and prices on the same day.A rental agreement lasts for one year and can be terminated with three months' notice.

We accept all types of payment methods: Weiro, Bancontact, Visa & Visa Debit, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and also meal vouchers (Edenred, Pluxee, Monizze).

The transaction cost for Bancontact and credit cards is determined by three factors:

global turnover (average monthly turnover with bank cards)
transaction value (the average amount per transaction)
payment volume (number of transactions with Bancontact)

We therefore offer you a tailor-made tariff plan.

Transactions are paid out by Paynovate D+1 gross into your bank account. The daily total can be paid out per device or globally per account. You can download the transaction data and reports from the free customer portal: My Paynovate.

After signing the payment terminal quotation and gathering all the necessary documents (ID card and bank statement), Paynovate will approve your card connection. We will then send you the payment terminal within 24 hours or install it at your premises.

If you choose for plug&play, we will send the device free of charge via Bpost.
